Registration:  For a camper to be registered, we must receive both 1) a fully-completed Registration Form (attached), and 2) FULL Tuition for each camper, made payable to St. Vladimir’s Camp. If you have a special circumstance that you can’t make full payment upfront please contact your parish priest or Camp directors. Please make all payments in U.S. Funds only. Camper applications are processed in order of the postmark date.

Cancellation: We appreciate prompt notification if a camper must cancel. Cancellations before June 20 will receive a refund of $250. After June 20, no refunds of tuition will be made with the exception of cases with family emergency.

Insurance:  All campers should be covered by their family policy. While St. Vladimir’s Camp or the NJSST will act as guarantor, any costs incurred by the Camp or the NJSST in providing required treatment for doctor’s appointments, prescriptions, etc., will be billed to the parents/guardian.

Medical Information: These medical forms must be filled out in their entirety by you and the camper’s doctor, and mailed to our office no later than JUNE 20th or the camper’s spot may be forfeited. There will be a $25 fee for any forms received late.

Billing Information:  Full tuition payments are due upon registration , or the camper’s spot may be forfeited. All balances will be billed to the campers’ parents/guardian, regardless of any parish subsidies. Check with your parish to find out if they are going to subsidize some of the camper tuition cost, this way you will know what is your portion of the tuition. If you applied for a scholarship please make a note upon registration so your balance reflects that.

Cabin Assignments: Campers stay in cabins with eight to eighteen campers and two to four  counselors. Campers are grouped according to age and gender. We are unable to accept roommate requests.

Photos: A 4”x6” all-camp picture and a unique cabin picture will be taken during the camping session.

Camp Activities: Life at camp takes full advantage of our outdoor setting. Activities include field sports and swimming. Rainy days are a frequent occurrence, so rain gear is a must! ( We recommend rain boots.)

Conduct: All campers are expected to act in ways appropriate to an Orthodox Christian setting. While all disciplinary action will be taken to attempt resolution on site, the Camp Director reserves the right to dismiss campers for gross violations of camp rules. Parents will be responsible for arranging and covering costs for their child’s early departure.

PICK UP & DROP OFF: Campers must arrive at camp on Sunday of their session between  3-5pm. All parents must leave by 5pm . All Campers must be picked up on the Saturday of the their session between 9-10am. All Campers and Parents must be off the grounds by 10:00am. Thank you for your cooperation!

ALL FORMS & PAYMENTS: All forms and payments need to be mailed to the off season camp office.
